1. About Holo Vault

Holo Vault Pty Ltd ("Holo Vault", "we") operates a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of trading card game products in Australia.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Listings & sales

Sellers must accurately represent items, including condition, grade, edition and language. Counterfeit or unauthorised reproductions are strictly prohibited.

4. Fees

Sellers pay a 4.5% transaction fee plus a 1.9% payment processing fee on successful sales. Subscriptions reduce the transaction fee. All fees are GST-inclusive.

5. Disputes & refunds

Buyers may open a dispute within 7 days of delivery. Funds are held in an escrow-style account until both parties confirm satisfaction or a dispute is resolved.

6. Prohibited conduct

Shill bidding, off-platform payments, sale of stolen goods, harassment, and fraudulent activity result in immediate suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
