What's covered
- Item not received within the expected timeframe
- Item materially different from the listing description
- Counterfeit or unauthorised reproductions
- Incorrect grade/condition or undisclosed damage
How disputes work
- Open a dispute from your order page within 7 days of delivery.
- Funds remain in escrow while we mediate.
- Resolutions include full refund, partial refund or seller defence.
